Hi Monnie,
I have purchased 2 packets of Donna Hay’s macaron mix and have been meaning to do a review. You have inspired me to take it further. I have done extensive work with macarons in the past – you can see my musings at
http://bakeitoff.blogspot.com/2009/10/macarons-tips-tricks-and-how-to.html. I usually bake macarons at 150C so wil take your suggestion on board. I have tried the Donna Hay’s brownie mix. I added and extra egg as I found the mix was too stiff when spreading in the baking tray. I also took her suggestion on board and used frozen raspberries. Overall, it was a success as far as looks and taste go. I will now have a go at her macarons. I will let you know how I go with the macarons. Cheers,

Thats a cupcake and a half! Is the top all icing or does it have cake inside it? You should make another one and take photos along the way so its easier to follow exactely how you made it.
