		<description>The bottoms of the cupcakes? Sounds like you have a lot of bottom heat in your oven (particular parts of the oven are hotter than others). Get a pizza stone or a thick oven tray (or two) and put it on the shelf below your cupcake tray, and see if this helps to absorb the harsh heat coming from the bottom. You can also drop the temp 5-10c so it goes a little easier on them!</description>
